Kiki Tautz
July 2024
Kiki lives in Gosport with her Mum and Dad. Her Dad serves with the Royal Air Force and the family have used lots of Little Troopers resources and taken part in events and initiatives over the years.
Keen to help other military children, Kiki is an avid fundraiser for Little Troopers and most recent raised £1,140 completing a 15k giant inflatable assault course in Southampton! She was nominated for Little Trooper of the Month by her Nana Wendy for her amazing fundraising efforts.
Kiki told us: “I decided to start raising money for Little Troopers because I felt so grateful that they chose me to go to LaplandUK when Dad was away for Christmas. I remember really missing him but felt thankful that I got to share my memories with him. I also enjoyed time at GoApe when my Dad went away a few years later. I have never done that before and it was such fun! I want to raise more money for children like me. So, they too can have special memories to share with their parents when they are deployed. Little Troopers really means a lot to me.”
Louise Fetigan, founder of Little Troopers, says: “Kiki has been one of our top fundraisers for many years. She sold her bike to raise funds for the charity, she’s baked cakes, made and sold keyrings and bracelets and now completed an incredible 15K challenge which must have been really tough. We are so touched that Kiki is still thinking of us and wants to help lots of other little troopers. She definitely deserves a medal and our Little Trooper of the Month Award for her efforts.”
Kiki will receive a medal from Little Troopers, along with a £50 gift voucher and certificate.
