How long will delivery be?

All items that are in stock will be dispatched within three working days of order, you will receive a dispatch email once your items have gone out.

What is your postage policy?

All our items are dispatched 2nd class post, postage is calculated by weight of items cumulatively We aim to charge what it actually costs to post rather than an inflated amount.

Do you deliver to BFPO?

We do.

What is your refund policy?

If an item is faulty please contact us [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

What happens to any profit made on items?

If any profit is made on items it goes directly back into the charitable work of Little Troopers ~ our resources and support provision.
