Yes, we know Bonfire night hasn’t gone yet but it is only 8 weeks until Christmas and just over four weeks until advent calendars begin! We wanted to show you what is available in our Little Troopers online shop as we have some real ‘crackers’ that are perfect for stocking fillers or advent calendar presents.
Being the son or daughter of someone serving in the British Armed Forces is something to be hugely proud of but can be tough as well. We have bought together a collection of items in our shop especially for military children, here are few highlights:
Our gorgeous hair bows, designed in Army, Navy or RAF colours are perfect for showing your pride in a pretty way. There is a choice of a large bow, smaller bow on a soft hair band or two bows on hairclips. Each option costs just £2.50 (plus P&P). Take a look at the collection here.
Many military children want to be just like Mum or Dad and they can by owning their very own set of dog tags. Our version comes with its own chain, the Little Troopers logo on one side and “I’m a Little Trooper” on the reverse. The dog tags cost just £3 (plus P&P) and can be bought here.
Our Little Troopers story books are great; written by Author Donna David whose husband is in the RAF. She has used her experience as a mum of three children to write six books; two for each part of the Armed Forces. Three of the books tell the story through diary entries and the other three develop the story through letters to their Mum or Dad. Each book is £3.50 each (plus P&P) and can be ordered here – Series One and Series Two.
The last item we wanted to highlight is particularly poignant this year. Service Men and Women receive medals for special achievements and at Little Troopers we felt that we should create something to recognise the bravery and special achievements of military children. The gorgeous Mini Medal comes with its own blue and red ribbon, pin clasp and says LITTLE TROOPER on the front. You can buy a Little Troopers medal for just £5 (Plus P&P).
