All Together for a Great Summer
Following an excellent reconnection weekend in Potters Bar, we’re excited to announce plans to get All Together for a great summer! We have booked five Football Adventure days taking place in various locations from 24th to the 28th August.
Louise, our charity founder said, “Our weekend in Potters Bar was amazing. Potters Bar was a new location for us and it didn’t disappoint. Our families enjoyed a jam-packed weekend designed to build incredible memories.”
The group made up of nine families from our British armed forces enjoyed a welcoming BBQ on Friday evening. Over the next two days the adventures continued with Blind folded exploring, shelter building, archery, axe throwing, orienteering and a Pizza night, where everyone got to make their own!
The reconnection weekends are part of our All Together project, which supports military children before, during, or following time apart. In addition to the weekends, we host online workshops and Adventure days for children aged 7-12years old.
Football Adventure days
Louise added, “Building on the excitement from the Football World Cup we have decided to add some Football Adventure days to our All Together programme. This is special for us. Football training sessions were some of the first adventures that we used to offer as a charity when we began.”
Our Football themed Adventure Days will be delivered by football club foundations across the country. As well as developing confidence and enjoying the exciting activities, children will have the opportunity to meet others and share similar experiences of forces Life.
The footballs days will be held in the following locations:
- 24th August 2026 – Norwich City
- 24th August 2026 – AFC Bournemouth
- 26th August 2026 – Bromley FC
- 26th August 2026 – Liverpool FC
- 28th August 2026 – Lincoln City FC
The Adventure days will be tailored to each club. There will be fun games and activities, football training and lunch, along with some other surprises. Registration for all of the events is open now, click the links above!
