Our gazette will welcome you into your new home

We are excited to announce that a special issue of our gazette will welcome you into your new home. If you are moving to a Service Family Home managed by Amey you will receive a special moving in pack, which includes our special edition.

The Little Troopers Gazette is a unique newspaper that helps military children feel part of a special community. It’s somewhere they can share stories, read about others experiences and celebrate what it means to be a little trooper.

Louise, Founder of our charity, said: “Moving to a new posting is such a big thing for military children. We love that the e50K team thought about this and included our Gazette in the Move-You-In-Boxes. Over the last few years, we have included the latest edition, but this year we decided to design a specific move-in pack edition to ensure it is always up to date and relevant.”

The special move in edition includes stories about the Little Troopers club and Royal Hospital Chelsea. There’s also a ginger cake recipe from little trooper Ellie and games to keep you busy along with mindfulness ideas.

The Move You In Pack is an Amey project, designed to welcome Forces families into their new home and help them feel settled more quickly. Amey works with e50K CICa social enterprise led by armed forces spouses, partners and veterans, to deliver the project. Together, this has helped turn a thoughtful idea into something that thousands of families can receive when they move in.
