Little Troopers has launched a new 2020 Schools survey to help us gather evidence for our Schools Project. The short survey will give us valuable information to present to schools and educate them on the needs of our Little Troopers.
Louise, founder of the charity said: “The charity carried out a general survey in 2015 and we found that our children can change schools up to 13 times. The results from our earlier survey helped formed the beginning of the Little Troopers at School project. We now need your help to look at education specifically and find out the current situation facing our military children at school.”
Support in schools can vary widely and we work to provide resources that can be easily used and adapted across the school setting. We have already developed a Primary Schools Resource pack and a Wellbeing course for Primary school children. and are about to launch new resources for Secondary Schools. In 2021 we are planning to take our Little Troopers at School Workshop and Conference road show to ten locations in England next Spring and Summer.
The survey is just 19 questions and should not take more than a couple of minutes to complete. We are asking everyone who has a military child at school to complete the survey and share it with their friends. You can find the survey here.
