As we are halfway through February, we wanted to let you know about the amazing support we have had from businesses and individual fundraisers. There is still time to get involved by organising a fundraising challenge or you could join our brilliant Bake with Beca on Friday (19th Feb).
Great British Bake-Off star- Beca Lyne-Pirkis is hosting a live baking session to help raise money for Little Troopers during half term. You can tune in live and bake-a-long at home with your children and have some scrumptious double chocolate brownies to enjoy after!! We are asking for a donation of £2.50 (or whatever you can) in return for joining the online event, you can find out more here and click here to make a donation. Further details of how to join and the recipe will be available soon.
We are over the moon that seven businesses have signed up to support Fundraise February this year. We love seeing the different ways that everyone is getting involved, so do pop along to their websites and take a look:
- Stanley and Maud
- Bonsai Body Jewellery
- British Babies
- B’s Clothing and Gifts
- Arabella Jones
- The Doodle Apothecary
- Huggable Heroes have agreed to donate a Limited-edition huggable hero to Little Troopers for everyone they sell in February
If you are a business that would like to support Fundraise February – it isn’t too late just get in touch with us here.
We’re also excited to see how our military families are taking on the Fundraise February Challenge. Here are a couple of the fundraising activities already organised to give you some ideas:
- 4-year-old Ava is walking 5k for Little Troopers with her Mummy and
Daddy. Her target was £100 but she has already raised £290.00! Here is Ava’s link if you would like to support her. - Ethan, Caitlyn, Lucas, Eva and Ava are taking on a Mammoth virtual mountain challenge. With their ages range from 3-17 years old, they have decided to walk, run and swim a mammoth challenge of 267km in 6 weeks. This distance amounts to climbing Mount Snowdon, Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Everest – The Three highest peaks in the World. Their target is £500 and they have raised £305.00 so far. You can help them
If you want to organise an event you can get inspiration here and donate any money raised through the Fundraise February 2021 donation page.
