Have you been inspired by Fundraise February? We had some incredible support and fundraising events across the month. If you didn’t get a chance to organise something there’s still time, you can join us at one of our events or organise your own.
Louise, Founder of our charity said, “It has been great to see the support for us over the last month. Get Cakey has been popular and has kicked off our fundraising for the year.”
One of our supporters organised her second Get Cakey event. Ellie and her little trooper friends at school ran a Welsh Cake inspired GET Cakey event and raised £30.
The Neurodiverse Community CIC in Windsor organised a Get Cakey to coincide with our event in Bovington. Both events welcomed military children and their families for lots of cake and lots of fun. Louise added, “It was so lovely to see so many people in Bovington. I was so overwhelmed to see the community come together.”

Another supporter Paul Watson completed his first of five Ultra Marathons! “”I completed the first event in the GB Ultras 50 Mile Slam series. It was a tough one, with long sections of deep mud and some brutal forest climbs where the miles seemed to take an eternity. Definitely one of those races where it was just about keeping moving forward. That’s 1 of the 5 ultras completed!” Paul has raised £594
