Today, we are asking all our supporters to sign up for our Tidworth 10K and fun run this April. On Sunday 13th April we are hosting our second running event. This year it will be held in Tidworth at the Oval. The event is being held to celebrate the fact that April is the official Month of the Military Child.  All the proceeds from entry fees and sponsorship will help us continue our work.

Led by Andali Events, the day will kick-start with a 10K race around Tidworth. This will be followed by a 1K family fun run for children and families of all ages. There will also be food and drink and lots of family activities and entertainment.

Louise, founder of our charity, comments: “April is always a special month for us, being the Month of the Military Child. It’s a great opportunity for us to bring people together to celebrate all the little troopers out there. Tidworth and the surrounding areas in Salisbury and Andover have a thriving military community, so we’re hoping lots of people will come along to show their support.”

Open to everyone

Both races are open to everyone. We would love to see service personnel, military families, veterans and members of the local community take part. Entry into the 10K costs £25 per person and entry into the children’s fun run is £2.50 per person. Everyone participating will receive a medal.
