Free online workshops
Here at Little Troopers, we’re kicking of the year with a new season of free online workshops for military children. We have something for everyone, little chefs, Strictly fans and animal lovers, read on to find out more.
Louise, founder of our charity said, “This is our seventh season for our online workshops. The workshops are a great way to bring our younger little troopers together, whether their adult is deployed or at home. The workshops are easy to sign up for and can help build memories to share with mum or dad.”
The new season of workshops kicks off this weekend (11th Jan) with an animal session with ZooLab. Taking inspiration from the Chinese Zodiac signs, your little troopers will be able to meet some of the animal stars.

Here’s a full list of the workshops available over the next couple of months:
- 25th January – Three Bears Cookery Club
- 8th February – Pineapple dance (Strictly Come Dancing theme)
- 22nd February – Cookstars – making a lemon drizzle cake
- 8th March – Space Detectives
- 22nd March – Art Base
- 5th April – Devon Science (Kitchen Chemistry)
Most of the workshops start at 11am and last one hour. Check the website and your email confirmation to confirm.
The online workshops are part of our All-Together programme, which aims to bring together little troopers through activities. This year we will be running some family residential weekends and activity days. To make sure you find out what is happening first, sign up to our mailing list.
