We’re asking you to show your support for our Snowdon team. This time next month (6th September) a team of 45 supporters will be climbing Mount Snowdon to raise money for our charity. This will be 7th time we have climbed Snowdon after conquering Scafell Pike last year.
Louise, Founder of our charity, “We have such a great team taking on our Snowdon challenge this year. This is such a special event for me as it was a climb up Snowdon with my little girl, that inspired me to start the charity. Every year I am humbled by the determination shown by the team, especially the children as they lead the way.”
Meet some of our team
Let’s meet some of our 2025 Snowdon challengers:
- Stuart More was strong armed by his 10 year old daughter to walk Snowdon with her in support of military children for Little Troopers! He’s very proud of her selflessness and desire to make a small difference to the lived experience of others!
- Debbie is working with Louise and her team at the charity. She’s been hugely inspired by the charity’s mission and the amazing services and support they provide for military children. Debbie’s friend Catherine is joining her for the climb.
- Mum, Chase and Phoenix are a military family and will be joining us. When this event takes place Chase and Phoenix’s Dad will be nearly half way through a 6 month deployment. “What better way to show our support to a military charity than to go on our own little adventure with them. It’s given us something to look forward to….something different….a little adventure and a challenge. Its helping with the countdown and best of all spending time, supporting each other and having a laugh together.” The boys Dad, Wesley is going to be doing the same distance, taking part in this in a virtual way !!”
Please support us
So far, the Snowdon team has raised just over £1,000. We would love your help to reach our target of £5,000. You can make a donation to an individual family or the whole group through this link.
