Two hours of fun and learning for Primary Schools

Thanks to funding from the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Little Troopers is so excited to be taking some of our Little Troopers at School resources on the road – well virtual road! We are offering Primary Schools across England the chance to have a fun military related online show beamed straight into the classroom.

Louise, Founder of the Charity said, “We are so pleased that we are able to deliver a roadshow online. It is going to be so lovely to bring together children and teachers from neighbouring schools to have some fun. Alongside the non-stop fun, it will provide teachers with the opportunity to see some of our resources in action. Our Little Troopers at Schools project has grown over the last few years and we have so many resources to help teachers and education staff support military children.”

You can sign up now for the two-hour workshop which is completely free. The show which will celebrate what it means to be a ‘Little Trooper’ is open to all military children in your setting up to the age of 11. Suitable for groups of any size the session will be delivered by an experienced team of facilitators using Little Troopers’ primary school resources incorporating storytelling, movement and drama.

There will be 20 online events, divided up by neighbouring counties, and will take place in the run up to National Armed Forces Day – 7th-18th June 2021. To find out more and register for an event near you please click here *

* Please note workshops in Wales will be coming later in 2021 – watch this space!
