One of the highlights of our Christmas Smiles campaign is going to be released later this week. We have 465 tickets to see Arthur Christmas at five exclusive Little Troopers’ screenings on the 4th December 2022. The five screenings will take place at the Odeon cinemas in Andover, Chatham, Hereford, Lincoln and Leeds.
Louise, founder of our charity, comments: “Christmas Smiles is all about bringing smiles to military children. Especially those who will have a parent deployed during the holidays. We know there are lots of military children in the five towns we have picked. It will be really wonderful to bring lots of them together and build the excitement by watching a festive film.”
The free tickets will be released on the 24th November 2022. To have a chance of getting one of the 465 free tickets, you need to sign-up to our mailing list. More information will be sent out to those registered on the day.
The cinema event is just one of many things that we are doing to support military children this Christmas. We have partnered with Build-A-Bear Foundation to distribute 2,200 teddy bears to military families who are separated due to deployment. Military families can also login to a series of online events including a Santa show, elf workshops and a Christmas bake-a-long.
