How long will delivery be?

Charity items that are in stock will be dispatched within 2 working days of order, you will receive a dispatch email once your items have gone out. Sometimes especially with clothing we dont have sizes in stock, if this is the case we will email you and inform you they are on order and an estimated delivery time.

Do you dispatch all items?

External shop supplier items – we forward your order to these suppliers and they will dispatch your items directly to you, this means if you buy a mixture of charity items and external supplier items they will be dispatched to you in different packages from different sources.

What is your postage policy?

All our items are dispatched 2nd class post, we charge per item a reasonable amount that covers postage and packing materials. If there is any profit from a transactions postage it goes directly back to the charity as a donation.

What is your refund policy?

If an item is faulty please contact us info@littletroopers.net and we will arrange a replacement or refund if requested.

I would like to be an external shop supplier

Please contact info@littletroopers.net with your product for us to consider. We aim to have unique military themed products in our shop, all suppliers donate 10% per item to the charity.
